CATERING FAQS

1. Are these prices per person?
Yes.

2. What is the difference between delivery and full service?
Delivery means that we bring your food in disposable containers and help you set it up in your home or office - then we leave. Full service includes uniformed servers who set up the buffet area. They serve the food to your guests, perform other tasks if needed, and clean up afterward.

3. What is the price difference between delivery and full service?
The delivery fee is 10 percent of your order - $25 minimum or $75 maximum in most cases. Full service includes uniformed servers who set up the buffet area with chafing and serving dishes. They serve the food to your guests (and other tasks if needed), and clean up afterwards. Cost is $25 per server per hour (1 server per 50 guests).

4. How do I place my order?
You can place your order by calling Jules Langston at 303-399-3230 ext. 13 or contacting your local store.

5. When do I need to confirm the number of guests?
Three business days prior to the event. For events of 75 people or more, a week is preferred.

6. How long does it take to set up?
Typically for a delivery - 15 to 20 minutes and for full service - 1 to 1.5 hours.

7. How should I count the children?
When ordering regular buffets for them, if they are under age five, do not count them. For children ages six to 12, count every two children as one adult. Teenagers tend to eat adult portions and should be included in your final head-count as an adult.
