Menu Items
The number of guests must be confirmed three working days prior to the event. Any changes to your
order made within 24 hours prior to the event is subject to a $25 administrative fee.
A catering is not booked until the signed agreement is received by Hacienda Colorado.
Full Service labor is $100 per server, and includes one hour of serving. Each additional hour is $25.
Standard Service: Charge is 10 percent of net sales with a $25 minimum not to exceed $75 in
most cases.
A credit card is required to secure your catering.
- Minimum number of guests is 10 for standard service and 40 for full service.
- Tax and labor/delivery fees are not included in the menu prices.
- A standard 18 percent tip is suggested on all full-service caterings.
Cancellation of reservations must be 48 hours prior to the day of the event. Otherwise, a $100 charge
