The number of guests must be confirmed three working days prior to the event. Any changes to your order made within 24 hours prior to the event is subject to a $25 administrative fee.

A catering is not booked until the signed agreement is received by Hacienda Colorado.

Full Service labor is $100 per server, and includes one hour of serving. Each additional hour is $25. Standard Service: Charge is 10 percent of net sales with a $25 minimum not to exceed $75 in most cases.

A credit card is required to secure your catering.
  • Minimum number of guests is 10 for standard service and 40 for full service.
  • Tax and labor/delivery fees are not included in the menu prices.
  • A standard 18 percent tip is suggested on all full-service caterings.
